As Manager of Communications and Marketing at Essential Skills Ontario (formerly Ontario Literacy Coalition), I led the rebranding process. As part of the Executive Team, I helped develop the strategic plan for the organization, which identified the need for a rebrand. I managed associated vendors in stakeholder engagement and interviews as well as brand design and development. Stakeholders included literacy program participants; local, regional, provincial, and national literacy professionals; staff, board members, and donors; as well as provincial and federal government bureaucrats and elected officials.
