Big Brothers Big Sisters

Working with the national office staff and board, a strategy and vision committee of member agencies, international partners, and highly regarded vendors in Barkley Inc. and Bain & Company, I led the rebrand of Big Brothers Big Sisters across Canada.

We conducted surveys, interviews, and focus groups with youth, families, volunteers, members agencies, and donors, and completed extensive market research. This led to the modernization of a national mentoring institution with a focus on recruiting the next generation of volunteers and donors to better serve a diverse population of youth.
